Using this site
This is the portfolio of Dalel Bacre Studio (arteNÓMADA). You are welcome to browse it, link to it and get in touch. Please do not attempt to gain access to the private areas of the site, interfere with its operation, or scrape it wholesale.

The films, photographs, text and design on this site are the property of Dalel Bacre and of the respective clients, photographers, directors and rights holders credited alongside them. Nothing here is licensed for reuse. If you would like to use something, ask — the answer is often yes, but it has to be asked.
Enquiries
Sending an enquiry through the contact form does not create a contract, a booking or an obligation on either side. It starts a conversation. What you send is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
SMS notification programme
The studio operates an internal text-alert programme so that a new enquiry reaches Dalel promptly. Its terms:
- What it is. When someone submits the contact form on this site, a short text is sent to the studio's own staff mobile number saying who wrote in and what about. The full enquiry goes by email.
- Who receives it. Only the studio's own staff number, which the studio sets itself in the site's hosting configuration — somewhere only the studio can reach. Entering it there is the opt-in. Site visitors are never texted, and the contact form does not ask for a phone number.
- Frequency. One message per contact-form submission — in practice a handful a week and fewer than 10 on any day. It follows enquiry volume rather than a schedule, and no other texts are sent.
- Cost. There is no charge from the studio for the alerts. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
- HELP. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or email dalelbacrecuevas@gmail.com.
- STOP. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. Alerts stop immediately. Removing the number from the site's configuration has the same effect.
Mobile numbers and SMS consent collected for this programme are never sold, rented, shared or disclosed to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. See the Privacy Policy for the full statement.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier's network and on your handset, neither of which the studio controls.
Availability and accuracy
The site is provided as it is. We keep it up and keep it accurate, but we do not warrant that it will always be available, error-free, or that every credit and date is complete. To the extent the law allows, the studio is not liable for loss arising from use of the site or from reliance on anything published on it.
Links out and embedded video
Films on this site are hosted by Vimeo and YouTube and play in an embedded player, and some pages link elsewhere. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, they receive your IP address and page context when a film loads, and we are not responsible for them. See the Privacy Policy for what that means in practice.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The date at the top of the page tells you when they last were.
